Sorry, to brought you another bad story.. especially this year.. this day...
The story went like this..
Once upon a time (yesterday at night, actually), I was doing shopping online through one of the known retail in Indonesia (Alfa - alfaonline.com).. but it suddenly become a nightmare and make me trust no more to do shopping to alfaonline.com again...
I bought adult diapers CONFIDENCE BASIC M-10 below:
and i got the CONFIDENCE CLASSIC M-8 with the same price..??!!??
I SAY.. IT'S A FRAUD..!!!
Complaint has been communicated with their Cust. Service not long after I deal the transaction, regarding the availability of the CONFIDENCE BASIC M-10 , and request them to fulfill my order.
And they confirmed to me, that the items are fix and ready to be picked up at Alfa's branch, near to my house at Cileungsi.
Unfortunately, today, when my wife try to pick up the goods, then the CONFIDENCE BASIC M-10 were not at the store. Their SPB/SPG, confirm if this item has the same SKU (article number item) with CONFIDENCE CLASSIC M-8... (what the fuck..!!??.. Did you mean, i bought an item with 10Pcs by online, and i got only 8Pcs in reality.. is this it?!! GO FUCK UR SELF)
Then I call again to their fuck'n CS (represented by Mr Arnold), and they explain if their packing (BASIC M-10) has been expired and replaced with CLASSIC M-8. I said, if their packing that only changed, the content should not be changed... because I ordered/bought which have 10 Pcs instead of 8 Pcs, as YOU OFFER ON YOUR FUCK'N WEBSITE...!!
When I try to cancel the order, they said, it can't be done since it has been recorded in their final transaction.. (another shit..!!)
They admitted, that they have wrongly offer an items on their website by showing picture of BASIC M-10. allright, but what about your compensate to your customer (like handsome me.. LoL ) as this is system failure..your system failure..
In the end, they offer me a voucher cost Rp. 35.000,- above to end this misunderstanding. I said, what the hell.. with most regret, I must accepted this voucher instead to receive my correct items. My last suffers is I must wait about another 2 weeks to receive this voucher.. (OMG.. this is too way to be good..!!)
To all of you, online shopper's.. not recommended to visit this Alfa's webshit..!! it's wasted your time, your money, not including your payphone just to clarified with their Cust. Service and waiting the compensate for the next 2 weeks...aarrgghhhhhh.....
